Rosarita Sacred Heart Necklace

Rosarita is an unusual cabachon, because it's made from melted gold slag sand, leftover from 1960's-1970's Alaskan gold mining. The deep red color and unique story is why I am enraptured with this design! Sterling silver, and a 18k gold flame accent, this necklace has a vintage gold filled chain. I use heirloom gold and upcycled silver, whenever possible.
