Below is a detailed outline of our policies. Please read them carefully before placing your order. There is a link to my policy section in every listing so that you will be able to find this page easily. Once you have committed to placing an order you are entering into a mutual agreement that tells me you have read and understood each section below. 

We are committed to providing kind and efficient customer service. Should you have any question or concern about your order before placing it or after you have received it, please reach out to us here and we will take care of you.

One-of-a-kind

Many items are one-of-a-kind and my original designs may have variations during the hand crafting process. Materials used to create my pieces can include natural stones, gemstones, pearls and other items from nature. Given these types of materials, there can be natural variations between pieces photographed and an item once it ships. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, google pay and Apple Pay for payment during checkout. We do not accept paypal at this time.

Shipping

Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks from date of purchase. Ready-made items that are available for purchase on the website are sent out within 1 week of purchase. Commissions can take up to 4 weeks from date of agreement, since these are custom made for the individual and require time to hand craft before shipping.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Repairs

Each piece has been designed with attention to detail and integrity to last for generations to come, however we understand that sometimes life happens and accidents occur. With this in mind, we are always willing to repair your item for a reasonable fee as it is important to us that you are able to wear and love your pieces as much as when you first received it. Please contact us here for more information or to request a repair. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items damaged by the recipient in regular use or wear of pieces. If your item is damaged, we offer repairs which are separate from returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
